The family of Cpl. Paul J. Miller has invited the Patriot Guard Riders to stand in silent honor of their loved one. Cpl. Miller made the ultimate sacrifice fighting for our freedom. It is now our time to stand for him and his family.

Cpl. Paul J. Miller, 22, of Traverse City, Mich., died July 19 while supporting combat operations in Helmand province, Afghanistan. He was assigned to 3rd Combat Engineer Battalion, 3rd Marine Division, III Marine Expeditionary Force, based at Marine Corps Air Ground Combat Center, Twentynine Palms, Calif.

Dedication of the fallen soldier monument at the Hemlock-Merrill VFW post 7302.

This dedication is for four area service men that gave their lives for our country. The community has asked that we attend if possible.
